The man accused of killing a Dunwoody father in a day-care parking lot this fall will be arraigned in the killing April 4.
Hemy Neuman, who is indicted for the death of Russell Sneiderman, is set for arraignment at 9 a.m.
DeKalb County Superior Judge Gregory Adams will preside, according to county officials.
Sneiderman was killed Nov. 18 outside of Dunwoody Prep on Mt. Vernon Highway.
