The long-delayed Trinity Triangle project in Decatur is still moving forward, according to a report at Decaturish. Located on a swath of land between Trinity Place, East Howard Avenue and Church Street, the project will have 210 apartments and three restaurant/retail spaces spacesĀ ranging from 1,250 to 2,900 square feet.
Centro Development said it hopes to announced a groundbreaking date in the next week or so. The project was first announced in 2007. The Dairy Queen, which sits on the site, closed in February. Whether it will be incorporated back into the building (as shown in the renderings) remains to be seen.
