Former Atlanta Mayor and Ambassador Andrew Young received minor injuries yesterday evening when a cement truck overturned on his car in Midtown. According to CBS46, the cement truck driver tried to beat a red light at the intersection of 14th Street and Northside Drive, hit a car and then overturned onto two other cars – one of which was carrying Young. Young was taken to Emory Hospital in Midtown as a precaution and was treated and released.

Nature’s Garden Express will open a 410-square-foot market stall at Krog Street Market later this year. The grocer will supply everything from organic goods and cold pressed juices to kitchen staples like milk, eggs, and bread. In addition, the store will offer a variety of artisanal food products including coconut wraps, nut butters, hummus, pasta sauces, kombuchas, dried grains and olive oils.

Porsche announced during the grand opening of its new headquarters near that airport that it is donating $500,000 to the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, according to the AJC.
