Atlanta Streets Alive returns to Peachtree Street this Sunday, Oct. 25, from 2 to 6 p.m. The city’s main thoroughfare will be closed to vehicle traffic, encouraging residents to bike, walk and skate the 2.7 miles from 17th Street in Midtown all the way to Edgewood Avenue in Downtown. Along the way, businesses and restaurants will be open as usual, while there will also be special events and activities along the route.
Although the weather is cooling off, this isn’t the last Atlanta Streets Alive event for the year. The next one is Nov. 8 in Clarkston.
