Atlanta City Council members Mary Norwood and Felicia Moore have launched a public survey to determine the level of support for posting city expenditures online, according to a media statement.
Some cities post expenditures on the internet so residents can see where city money goes and several Atlanta council members have proposed legislation to implement a similar system of financial transparency.
Responses to the survey are confidential.
