Atlanta City Council member Cleta Winslow has announced that a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to a conviction in the case of Bridget Shiel, who was found naked and shot to death in Oakland City Park on May 31. According to a report by CBS46, Winslow is putting up $5,000, and the Atlanta Police Foundation is matching it.
