If you’re a parent or student, you probably already know that the 2016-17 school year begins this week at school districts around INtown’s coverage area. Commuters can expect heavier traffic as parents drop of the kids and you’ll also be seeing the big yellow buses back on the street.
Decatur City Schools resume on Monday, Aug. 1, and Atlanta Public Schools begin Wednesday, Aug. 3.
Students in both and Fulton and DeKalb County Schools have one more week of vacation until classes resume on Monday, Aug. 8.
