
The biological father of two-month-old Reya Clark turned himself in at the Sandy Springs Police Department at 11 a.m. this morning, a day after a Levi’s Call was issued for her return.
Randy Bernard Clark was charged with kidnapping, SSPD spokesperson Sg. Leon Millholland told Rough Draft Atlanta. He was taken to the Fulton County Jail.
The infant child is doing well, Millholland said.
Clark was visiting his daughter and his daughter’s mother in a hotel room in Sandy Springs between 3:30 and 4 a.m. on July 31. Millholland said he left with Reya and never returned.

A Levi’s Call was issued by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for a 2-month-old Sandy Springs girl who was abducted at 3:30 a.m. on July 31.
Reya Clark is 18 inches tall, weighs 15 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair, according to the Levi’s Call. She was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt and a diaper.
The GBI said that she was allegedly abducted by Randy Bernard Clark, a 22-year-old black man who is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. They were last seen at 6110 Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs.
The GBI said Reya is believed to be in extreme danger. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Reya is asked to call 911 or contact the Sandy Springs Police Department at 770-551-6900.
The GBI issued the Levi’s Call on behalf of the Sandy Springs Police Department.
