Dunwoody Police said they don’t suspect foul play in the death of a 33 year-old man who was found in a grassy area at I-285 East at Chamblee Dunwoody Road around 4 p.m. on Aug. 19.

“Detectives from Dunwoody Police Department and the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s Office arrived on scene and took over the investigation,” a release from the Dunwoody Police Department said. “There are currently no indications of foul play, and this investigation remains active. The name of the deceased will be released at a later time once proper family notifications have been made.”

Several people posted on social media that they saw the body, and police questioning a woman who frequently stands near the guardrail at the end of the exit. It is widely known that people often camp in the woods near that area.
