Grammy-award winner Lisa Loeb and Billboard charting band Sister Hazel are two of the most recent acts to be joining the 2024 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival.
Two local artists, Takiya Mason and Koyal, will also appear at the state’s largest music event on Saturday, March 23, and Sunday, March 24, in Blackburn Park.
Mason is an artist, songwriter, musician and visionary. A North Carolina native, Mason got her start singing in her uncle’s church choir. She moved to Atlanta to take a chance on her musical dreams and landed a publishing deal from Warner Chappell Music Group. Since then, she has worked with Keri Hilson, Jhene Aiko, Keith Sweat, Mya, and shared the stage with Third Day, Israel Houghton, and Jonelle Monae. Her EP is called “Seed Of A Sunflower Dream.” Mason will be performing with The Band Of Angels.
Hailing from Atlanta, Koyal is an indie-rock band known for infusing energetic dark pop into their soundscapes. Koyal in 2023 sold out a headlining show at Atlanta’s iconic venue The Masquerade. Their dance-pop single is titled “Gravity.”
The previously announced Bare Naked Ladies, Live, Crash Test Dummies and Moon Taxi round out the Cherry Blossom Festival’s line up.

This festival is bringing back the artists’ market, kidz zone, pet world, a classic car show, and food trucks.
The Brookhaven Cherry Blossom 5k road race will take place at 8 a.m. on Sat., March 16, in Blackburn Park. The race is a 2024 Atlanta Journal Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifier. All proceeds go to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Sign up here.
