Spin Doctors will headline the second annual Blue Stone Arts & Music Festival scheduled on Sept. 27 and 28 with free performances on multiple stages at City Springs.

The festival is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 27 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to a news release.

The Grammy Award-nominated Spin Doctors are known for their chart toppers include “Two Princes” and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” from their triple-platinum album “Pocket Full of Kryptonite.” They will headline the main stage on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m.

The family-friendly event will offer an Artist Market with more than 60 vendors, a Kids Zone, and more.

The Blue Stone 5K-9 also will be part of the festival weekend, starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Registration is open for the road race for people and pups for $35 at RunSignUp.com/Race/GA/Atlanta/BlueStone5k9. The race is part of the City’s Adaptive Recreation Program sponsored by the Recreation and Parks Department in collaboration with Catalyst Sports.
