Work on GDOT's current project to reconstruct the Ga. 400/I-285 interchange is already virtually touching back yards on Talbot Colony, a street in Sandy Springs. GDOT proposes tearing down these homes for toll lanes that would be added to Ga. 400 later. (Phil Mosier)
